RENTAL AGREEMENT and RULES

 

By booking through this website you agree to the rental agreement, i.e. you agree:

 

1) to pay the above Advance Payment = 20% of the total price of the stay (deposit included)

2) to authorize the automatic collection of the remaining amount due (80%) 25 days before your arrival, 

3) to accept the cancellation rules (below and all other stay rules (house rules: non-smoking and others policies below).

No pets
No party

1)  The apartment is non-smoking inside (you may smoke on the terrace and on the balcony) and pets are not allowed.

  

2)  The tenant ensures that the tranquillity of the neighbourhood is not disturbed. No party is allowed.

 

3) In Nice , like everywhere in the Mediterranean, the wind may rise abruptly and violently - so DO NOT ABSENT WITHOUT FOLDED ELECTRIC SUNBLINDS ON THE TERRACE AND ON THE BALCONY: Awnings canvas and metal arms are at your own risk.

[Not to the sun penetrates inside in your absence (and overheats the apartment), please close the electric roller shutters of the terrace.]

 

4)  For your safety, do not open the windows on both sides of the apartment ( air currents could break the windows or damaged partitions because the doors are very nice but they are heavy).

 

5) In accordance with french law, it is prohibited to make illegal downloads in the apartment using any form of access to Big Torrent protocol through its various protocols like Azureus, Wuze, etc. If absolutely necessary, it is mandatory to use a virtual private network (VPN).

Cancellation Policy

* Total refund of the deposit until 25 full days prior to arrival local time (time of arrival: 16h).

* To receive a 50% refund of the total price of your stay, cancellation must be made between 24 days and 8 full days prior to arrival local time (time of arrival: 16h).

* If the tenant cancels less than 8 days in advance, the nights not spent in housing will not be reimbursed. Only the deposit, tourist tax and cleaning fee will be refunded.

* If the tenant arrives and decides to leave before the scheduled date, the nights not spent in housing will not be reimbursed.

Deposit Refund Policy

The deposit (€500) will be refunded immediately after the housekeeper, who cleans after the departure of the tenants, will have confirmed that there is no damage. The order of refund will be given within 24 hours and the refund will arrive in your account within a maximum delay of 7 days.
